It’s that time of year again for our annual Norwell Free Shred Day, which will be held on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm at the former Norwell Town Hall, 345 Main Street, Norwell, Massachusetts.
This is a rain or shine event that is free to all Norwell residents and homeowners. Small businesses do pay a small fee for shredding based on volume. There is no minimum or maximum (within reason, so not to back up the cars in line) for residents to shred so please feel free to bring as much bagged and boxed documents you can. We provide a government compliant mobile shredding truck through Iron Mountain.
As we do each year, we are accepting cash, check and grocery store gift cards as donations to the Norwell Food Pantry. A suggested donation of $10-$20 would be very helpful, as the food pantry has a great need. Over the years, and with your help, we have collected and donated over $10,000 to the food pantry. We look forward to seeing you at the Shred event. This event is being hosted by George Jamieson Realtor and Alli Trowbridge Realtor of Coldwell Banker Realty.
