George is honored to serve his neighbors and fellow residents throughout the South Shore communities he calls home. Giving back has always been an integral part of George’s life and business mission. This year, George is excited to give one lucky local homeowner $10,000 (retail value) toward one or more eligible home improvement projects.
1. No Purchase Necessary
A purchase or payment of any kind is not required to enter or win. You do not need to list your home or commit to any future listing of property with George Jamieson, REALTOR®. The sweepstakes eliminates consideration and awards prizes by random drawing.
2. Eligibility
• 18 years of age or older
• Legal resident of: Norwell, Hanover, Scituate, Hingham, Cohasset, Hull, Marshfield, Pembroke, Rockland, Abington, Weymouth, or Braintree
• Legal owner listed on the deed for the residential address provided
• The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who own the property identified in the entry, either individually, jointly with one or more individuals, or as a trustee of a private or family trust that owns the property. Businesses, corporations, partnerships, and other commercial entities are not eligible to enter or win.
• Provide full legal name, residential address, phone, and email
• Agree to receive a monthly email from George Jamieson, REALTOR® and US Pro Paint & Renovation Inc. (opt-out any time)
• Employees/contractors and immediate family of George Jamieson, REALTOR® (Sponsor), Coldwell Banker Realty (Brokerage), or US Pro Paint & Renovation (Home remodeling contractor providing the services) are excluded from entry.
3. Entry Period
September 17, 2026, 12:00 AM ET – November 19, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.
Entries outside the Entry Period are void.
4. How to Enter
Online: Complete the online entry form with all required fields and homeowner verification.
AMOE: Mail a handwritten card with your full legal name, residential address, phone, email, and the statement “I am the legal homeowner of the address listed and would like to enter the Fall Home Refresh Sweepstakes.”

• Postmark must fall within the Entry Period. All entry methods are treated equally.
• Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per residential address during the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same person or for the same residential address will be void. An entrant may not use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers, residential addresses, accounts, or any other method to obtain more than one (1) entry.
• Automated Entries: Automated, robotic, programmed, script-generated, or other non-human methods of entry are prohibited. Entries generated by a bot, script, macro, automated device, or other automated means are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent the entry limitations or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes.
• Complete Entries: Entries must be complete and accurate and must be received during the Entry Period. Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, late, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries are void.
5. Prize
One lucky winner will receive a $10,000 (retail value) toward one or more eligible home improvement projects (e.g., interior/exterior painting, kitchen and bathroom refreshing, cabinet painting, countertop replacement, hardwood floor refinishing, exterior siding, window and door replacement, or other home remodeling project within the scope of offerings, excluding roofing & masonry), provided exclusively by US Pro Paint & Renovation, Inc. (Hingham, MA). The prize consists of home improvement services with a maximum retail value of $10,000. The prize is not a cash award, has no cash alternative and is not transferable. Must be used at the deeded property listed in the winning entry within the redemption period of 12 months from the day of drawing. Winners are responsible for taxes; Sponsor may issue a 1099 as required by law.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Random drawing within 7 days after the close of Entry Period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners notified by email and/or phone; failure to respond within 7 days may result in disqualification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may disqualify the selected winner and select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Verification
Proof of age, residency, and homeownership may be required. Winners may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners may be asked to allow use of name, likeness, testimonials, and project photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where lawful.
9. Limitations of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries, technical errors or other issues arising from participation. Sponsor may disqualify entries that tamper with the promotion or violate these rules.
10. Compliance & Disputes
This sweepstakes is intended to comply with Massachusetts and general U.S. promotion law. It is a sweepstakes (not a raffle) and requires no purchase, verbal or written commitment to list a property now or in the future with Sponsor. These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
